Training 8/5/2011

Training from today was good...wrapping up week 3 of 5/3/1.  Great cycle for me, strength isn't at PR level, but I'm enjoying crushing the weights.

Strength

Conditioning (ciruit style) – 3 rounds 9:54
Skull Crushers 3x10x50+bar
Overhead walk 100m x 35lbs
BB Curls 95x6
Ring Dips 5
Plank 30 sec

I ordered a 70lb Troy Kettlebell today.  Can't wait to get it.  I need something larger for my swings and warm up.  I plan to use KB's more when the weather cools off and during deload weeks.
