Westside Barbell Training

I don't fully understand Westside Barbell training.  I understand that each week you: lower body Max Effort (ME), upper body Dynamic Effort (DE), lower body DE, and an upper body ME workout.  I started this week, this is workout #3.  It was easy and quick.

I do not know if I'll stick with Westside or go back to 5/3/1.
